These are the Ghana Irrigation Development (IDA) housing project on a 65-acre land near the Ashaiman dam site, 10 minutes’ drive from Tema motorway. The second is the Mataheko Development project on a 300 acre land near the Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) estates near Afienya and the last but not the least, the 265 acre Shai Hills housing project near Leap Tomato factory, about 15 minutes’ drive from Tema Motorway.
